BULLER DISTRICT ASSESSMENT.

(To the Editor of the Wcstport Times.) SIRJ —In looking over the T?oad Board assessment, I can call to mind a number of names not on the roll at all. Now I cannot see why these should escape any more than the rest, or what especial privilege they have. I fancy the secretary to the Road Board did not know the locality where parties, whose names I enclose, are living, else they would not have been omitted. Yours, &c. [Hie list has been handed to the Secretary.—Ed. W. T.]
