Cole v. Lavette.—Claim for £32 15s, disputed account on contract for erection of building. Adjourned from last sitting of the Court. Judgment for plaintiff for £25 and costs, £3 ss. Draghicavich v. Alpine Q.M. Co.— Claim for £72 3s 9d, amount of dishonored bill of exchange, due July Sth, 1873, for money advanced to the company. Such bill being accepted by Messrs John Hughes and John Corr as directors, and Antonio Zala as manager. No appearance of defendants. Judgment for amount claimed and costs, £5 10s. Patterson v. Melville.—Claim for £5 5s Gd for boots. Judgmcut confessed, and order made for payment by two instalments. Tho Court then stood adjourned until 2 p.m.
