WESTPORT WARDEN'S COURT.
(Before J. Giles, Esq., Warden.) Tuesday, Awul 28. John Braithwaite against Thomas Dickman, T. Butfcerworth, Hiram Conklin, and Pierre Bossard.—Complaint that the defendants had on the 23rd of April iustaut unlawfully interfered with with the registered head water race of complainant b}*- cutting away the same and pausing the water therefrom to flow into their tail-race. The compla'n was sustiried by the evidence, and judgment was given for plaintiff in us damages, costs of Court, £1 lis, and expenses of complainant and witnesses, £3. Application for tunnel at Deadmans, D. Beaton. Granted. Application for agricultural lease, George Cameron. Postponed for survey of land applied for.
