(Before Joseph Giles. Esq., E.M.) Tuesday, February 17. police case. Police v. Moss Levy.—Charge of misbehaving himself in a manner to provoke a breach of the peace. Evidence was given against the accused, but it appearing that other parties, against whom similar charges were pending, were concerned in this particular case further proceedings wore postponed.
CIVIL CASES. Weston v. Douglas.—Claim for £1 ss, wood sold and delivered. Judgment for amount claimed and costs. Several small debt cases on the list were either struck out or settled by previous payment.
