Complainants claimed to have marked out on the 4th April last an area at Frenchman's Terrace, Addison's, and on the 15th of April made application for a lease of such land, and paid the necessary deposit of £2O. They now complained that the defendants had encroached upon such area on the lsth April, and marked off a portion thereof as a goldmining lease for their own purposes. Judgment given for plaintiffs.
