LATER ENGLISH NEWS.
LONDON. May 1. The Agent-General telegraphs that a large number of immigrants are to come out daring the current year; fourteen hundred leave in May. 2500 tons of railway material have 'been shipped also. A London telegram also says that the New Zealand Loan Act Guarantee Amendment Bill has passed, and the Imperial Treasury Can immediately issue the remainder of the bonds. Mr Morrison has 'ceased to be connected with the Agent-General's office.
