LONDON. May 1. The Agent-General telegraphs that a large number of immigrants are to come out daring the current year; fourteen hundred leave in May. 2500 tons of railway material have 'been shipped also. A London telegram also says that the New Zealand Loan Act Guarantee Amendment Bill has passed, and the Imperial Treasury Can immediately issue the remainder of the bonds.
