Defendant allowed costs £6. Peter J. M'Kenna v. Thomas Nasmyth.— Claim for £9, goods sold and delivered. Defendant did not appear, but notice had been received that the amount of claim had been paid into Court at Reefton. Judgment recorded, with costs £2 2s.

Area of dam, 600 yds x 200 yds; wall, 25 feet, Granted. Same; —Head water race, junction of Caroline and Waimea Creeks, 3 miles j to carry five sluice heads. Granted. Niel Heinick—Re-registration of dam, 60 feet by 50 feet, on Middle Terrace, Caledonian Terrace. Granted. Cord Brown and Wm. Bettzman— Head water race in natural bed of Blind Gully, north end of German Terrace. Length, half a mile. Granted.
The applications of George Perotti, Wm. M'Meiekle, and others, for head water race and dam at Mohikinui was postponed uutil decision given on application for gold mining lease.
