CT OTICE is hereby given, that on ±S and after the 3rd of April, 1873, the provision of, the Cattle Trespass Act, 186S, will be enforced on my land No. 7 Suburban (Freehold) Section, Square 141, on the bank of the Buller River; and that it is my intention to claim damages for Cattle, Horses, Sheep, Pigs, or other animals trespassing on the land, whether the same be fenced or unenclosed.
