Some excitement has been created hero on aceount of Allen and party striking a run of gold bearing leaders list week on a spur about two miles above the Lyell township on the Lyell side of the Manuka Flat. The prospectors have applied for a lease of the ground they have pegged out, but some dispute has arisen thereon, which will have to bo settled by Mr Warden Broad.
