There is great excitement in California over tho discovery of diamonds in Arizona. The Mexican revolution is concluded. The Argentine Confederation and Brazil are now preparing for war. President Balta, of Peru, has been assassinated. A prize fight between Mace and Baldwin is projected in September. The German Government intimates the intention to hold Belfort as compensation from France. The Geneva arbitration has not concluded its labors. The Dacotah docs not go to Melbourne.
