THE O'CONOR SCANDAL.

The fears entertained that the enquiry in the House of Representatives on this subject, will result in nothing more than the perpetration of a ridiculous sham, the burking of all honest investigation, aud the patching up of an utterly rotten case for the gratification of one individual alone; have ample confirmation in the accompanying correspondence, which we place on record, as we intend to do with all other genuine documentary evidence we can obtain therein. House of Representatives, "Wellington, 23rd July, 1872. Siu, —I have the honor, by the direction of the Bulier reunion couiuiiHoo of this House, to forward to you the following resolution agreed to by tho committee this day.
