CARRUTHERS, Bailiff, J of Wcstport, has been appointed Collector of Debts due to the Estate of James 'Simpson, Bootmaker, "Westport, Insolvent. The Trustee hopes that all debtors to the above Estate will settle their respective accounts as soon as possible, so as to permit of the Estate beinj wound up quickly. WM. MONTGOMERY MARTIN, Trustee.
