RESIDENT MAGISTRATE COURT.
(Before J. Giles, Esq., R.M.) Saturday, June 22. LABCENY. Mary Ann Jones, under remand, charged with larceny at the Ship and Castle Hotel, was committed for 7 days' imprisonment with hard labor. Theresa Getting, was charged by Mary Parsons, with stealing one gold cameo brooch, the property of complainant. Case dismissed.
CIVIL CASES. Patterson v. Rawlings, claim for £l2 lis lid ; Patterson v. Hakaria, claim £5 12s lOd; Patterson v. Donkey, claim for 18s 2d. Judgment for plaintiff in each case. Whyte and Pirio v. M'Dermid, claim tor £2 19s, £1 paid iu. Judgment for plaintiff. Lavette v. Schmidt, claim £4 lOd, judgment for plaintiff. WESTPOET WARDEN'S COURT. Saturday, June 22. ■ Harrold and party v. Erickson, special case stated for the opinion of Judge of District Court.
