I Sir, —Will you have the kindnesM to touch up the Postal Department isßj the hope that some alteration may kS made in the matter of supplying ouS postmaster with duty stamps. AM present noue are- procurable at thfl Lyell, and in several cases when diffl ferent partieg have entered into agrwM ments, or have wished to transfrfl shares, and have called at the posm office for proper stamps, great inconflj venience has been caused by their noM being able to obtain them.
