A curious accident is thus quaintly related by an American paper: —"A colored man near Canton, Miss., met bis death under rather pccliar circumstances the ot'ier day. He wished to kill a sheep, and held it on tho tract for the approaching locomotive to perform the deed. The sheep escaped with a broken leg but the funeral of the negro took place next day."
