side of their tail-race until complainant's application for lease is beard. Costs, £5 19s.

'Kerr v. Watson—The complainant and 'defendant were the joint' holders of a head water-race at Mokihinui, but tb'e defendant obtained a renewal of registration of the said race, the name of complainant not appearing thereon. Judgment for complainant, and his name ordered to be inserted on the certificate.

The application for a mining lease of 6k acres situated on Caledonian Terrace, was recommended, to be granted to the applicant Thomas Jainiesoh.
