A great deal of trouble is caused by the schedules of bankrupt estates not being furnished in conformity with the provisions of the Act to the trustee in bankruptcy. Creditors and others interested have thus no means other than reference to the filed schedule of knowing the condition of such estates. It is directed by the Act that a copy of the schedule shall be forwarded to the trusteee upon the date it is filed. Unless this be done it will not only be an inconvenience, but cause expense, as there is 110 means of ascertaining a bankrupt's assets and liabilities without payment of a court fee.
