WESTPORT WARDEN'S COURT.
MdxDiY, Mahch 4. (Before J. Giles, Esq., Warden.) Application was made by M'Leod anJ Bossard for a water-dam 100 feet bj 100 feet in Middle Terrace, Caledonian, and opposed by Peter Nelson and party. After the surveyor's report was received, the application was granted on condition tbat no injury be done to the tunnel of the objectors; if injury should Occur, then the damn be destroyed,
