WESTPORT WARDEN'S COURT.
Mondax, Februabt 26. (Before J. Giles, Esq., Warden.) Sorrensen v, M'Leod & Bossare. This case was tried last week, but judgment deferred till the Warden had visited the disputed works. His Worship stated that after a careful inspection of the damage the race had sustained he had come to the conclusion that the damage to the second race particularly was caused by the defendants undermining the race. Judgment for plaintiff—£lo for loss of time and £25 for damage to the race ; the defendants having the option of converting their own race, the use of which they had offerfed to the plaintiff as soon as the damage occurred, for his benefit.
