The total amount of gold obtained at the Red, "White, and Blue, during the half-year was 7040z. 15dwt. from 832 tons of stone. The statement of accounts showed a balance to the good. There is a capital plate show from the Calefornian crushing. At a meeting of tbe directors of the Company, a dividened of 2s. 6d. per share was declared.
