Postei at any Post-office within the colony for d' ivcry at or from any other Post-office wit' n the Colony— N exceeding half -an-ounce ... Twopence iceeding half-an-ounee but not exceeding one ounce Fourpenee. For every half-ounce over one ounce Twopence lll.—Australian Colonies. Not exceeding hnlf an ounce, Threepence Exceeding half-an-ounce but not exceeding one ounce Sixpence. For every half-ounce over one ounce Threepence NEWSPAPERS. Forplaces within the colony, the Australian Colonies, and the United Kingdom, Uuitcd States, vv; San Francisco are chargeable w'ili a rate of one penny.
