Her latest dates are San Francisco, June 22nd, and Honolulu, July Ist. COMMEECIAL. London, May 30. New Zealand flax is in good demand ; 1200 bales have been sold at former rates. Easier terms are demanded for common samples. Since the last auction the demand has continued good; 700 bales have been sold at steady rates —fine, £2S to £32 ; ordinary, £ls to £27. There is an improved demand for tallow ; at the sales the bidding was animated and prices advanced one shilling to eighteenpence, 7700 casks were passed at 35s to 42s 9d for mutton and 36s 9d to 41s 3d for beef. The Otago and Southland Investment Company have declared a dividend of ten per cent. Tenders for the Tasmanian Loan of £52,800, were opened on May 11th ; the amount tendered for was £182,000 and scrip will be allotted to all tenders at £lO5 12s and upwards. New York, June 12.
