THE BULLER RIVER.

(To Hie Editor of ilie Westporl Times and Charleston Argus.)

Sir.—Can you form any idea why the great highway to the reefs—the Buller river, should not have some attention paid to its state. At this moment it is a'l but blocked up by snags at what is called Snag Falls. A small sum, if expended at once, will save the navigation from entire distruction which will surely come to pass if the impediments are suffered to remain much longer.—Yours &c, Eisu.
