THE undersigned William Pitt, •J of Westport, in the Province of Nelson, in New Zealand, Solicitor, hereby make application to register " THE ENTERPEISE QUARTZ MINING- COMPANY, REGISTERED " under the provisions of " The Mining Companies Limited Liability Act, 1805," and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is to the best of my knowledge and belief true in every particular, namely:— 1.
