There is also a Splendid Billiard Saloon attached, with a lease for 11 months to run, with one of Alcock's best Tables, with rules &c. of the game, aud Coffee-room attached. Over the room are Bed-rooms with 13 Beds. Also Stock in Trade Furniture Beds Bedding Chamber Ware Linen Plated Ware Cooking Utensils Stoves Catalogues in a few days.
