Oct, 6. The schooner Wild Wave, 40 tons, O'Brien, master, suikd from Melbourne on the ISth September, passed the Kent Group on the 19th, and sighted Grey Gorge on the 27th. Experienced steady fair winds all the way across until the 28th, when a heavy gale drove her as far north as Rocks Point. She has since been in the offing, waiting an opportunity of a tow in. The bar being smooth and wind favorable she was towed into harbor this morning by the old Surf Boat Company. The vessel has had a thorough overhaul and refit whilst in Melbourne, and returns to port iu a very creditable manner, being clean outside and in, and very neat in her rigging. She is consigned to Messrs Kennedy Bros.
