The Stand will be constructed in every way secure and watertight. A Powerful INSTBTJMENTAL BAND has been secured, and will leave the Nelson Hotel daily by special coach at 10 o'clock. The EEFEESHMENT EOOM in connection with the Grand Stand will receive the moat careful attention. A Committee Eoom, for the special, use of the Members of Committee, and for receiving Entries, Deciding Events <fcc., is also in course of erection.
