New Tons, December 29. The Foreign Committee has reported in favour of Mr Bayard, Ambassador in England, in regard to bis recent utterance on tho domestic policy of the United States, and the House adopted the report, It is probable Brazil and other oouth American republics will join Venezuela if the latter goes to war. _ The British Chartered Company is being formed in British Guiana to work that part of the territory claimed by Venezuela,lying between the Esaequibo River and the Schomberg line.
