OPAKI SCHOOL CONCERT.
From Our Own Correspondent.
The Opuki concert in aid of the school library, held on Friday last f was a great success both financially and otherwise. The credit balance aftor all expenses are paid amounts to tho tidy'sunt of £7, which I think must lio regarded as yory good for a small placo like Opaki, and will bo great lift for tho library. Tlio school of course wqs packed to overflowing, there being quito 150 persqns present, and the pro'grammo was got through without a hitch, the contributors going through the different items in a very croditablo manner and deservo tho thanks of the community for a Very enjoyable night,
