Duxedix, Thursday. The outcome of the WakatipuFlora collision is that the directors of tho Union Steamship Company havo relieved both Captain Ewan and Captain Waller of their commands, They recognise that both are officers of character and ability, but the rules against racing are so explicit that they had no option in the matter.
