Nominations must bo accomprnicd by the necessary fees, othenviso they may be rejected. In oiterir.g state colour, sex,name, age, pedierce, and previous performances (wheronot known to tlio handicappei) and colours to be worn by the rider, and also quote number of race entered for, 2. A hack is a liorsi that has never wen an advertised race at any time (Hack and Hunter Races excepted), and is not nominated in any race other than Hack and Hunter races at the time of nomination. 3. The Stewards reserve tbo right to alter tbo dates of nominations, weights, and acccp tances, also to alter the stakes should occasion arise, subject to the approval of the Metropolitan Club.
