All races to bo run under the New Zealand rules of racing. No entry will bo received for any race unless on the condition that all claims, disputes and objections arising, shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision upon all points shall be final, All nominations, entries and acceptances, accompanied by the necessary amount, must bo addressed to tlic Secretary, MastertOE, No entry will bo received after the hour named, on any pretence whatever. The a;:.ount of .second horse will be deducted from the advertised amount of otakea. Definition of a Hack,—Hack means a horse that has never won an advertised race at any time, hack or hunter race excepted, and is not or lias not been nominated in auy race, other than Hack races, at the same meeting.
