deceived November 6,10.40 a.m. Adelaide, NovemborG. In tho Legislative Assembly last night the Premier laid on the tablo the correspondence with reference to tho South Australian-New Zealand treaty. He explained that alterations had been mado in the agreement by tho N.Z. Parliament and said that a; that Colony had nJI offered any concessions in return those withdrawn ho feared he would be unable to recommond the acceptance of tho treaty by the South Australian legislature. Mr Scddon had wired that tho decisiouso far asNew Zealand was concerned was final.
