Two hundred wero killed in the fighting at Diarbekr iu Armenia.! It is reported that tho Sultan has asked for the protection of tho British fleet against the plots of the Young Turkish Party. The Vienna correspondent of tho London Daily Telegraph says the Armenians havo appealed to Russia for protection.
