Nominations must be accompanied by tho necessary fees, otherwise they may he rejected. In entering state colour, sex,name, age, pedieree, and previous performances (whero not known to the liandicappci) and colours to be worn by the rider, and also quote number of race entered for, 2. A hack is a horse that has never wen an advertised race at any time (Hack and Uuntcr Races excepted), and is not nominated in any race other than Hack and Hunter races at the time of nomination. 3.
