Definition of a Hack,—Hack means a horse that has never won an advertised race at any time, hack or hunter race excepted, and is not or has not been nominated in any race, other than Hack laces, at the samo meeting. The winner of any race after declaration of weights of the advertised value of i'oO or under to cany a penalty of 61b, and of the advertised value of over £SO to carry a penalty of 71b.
