ALLEUED FALSE PRETENCES.
CnitisTCiiuitcn, Saturday, At the S.M. Courtto-day Benjamin Hale, who recently filed for a considerable amount, was charged with obtaining various sums from the Union iiank by means of a false balance-sheet, and also with failing to keep proper hooks. The caso was adjourned till the 30th.
