NORTH WAIRARAPA RIFLE CLUB.
An adjourned meeting of the North fa Wnirarapa Rifle Club was held at Mr J. Williams'room on Saturday evening.MrW.J, Welch (capt.) in the ohair. A letter was received from the Greytown Rifle Club inviting the N.W.R.C. to a handicap tournament on Prince of Wales' Birthday, which was accepted. It was decided to have twelve competitions for trophy shooting, the highest aggregate, viz: ' two highest at at each range to count, Any member not on the ground after 3 p.m., without reasonable excuse, to be debarred from shooting. It was decided that Mr Dougall'g medal be the trophy, all others to be won twice in succession or three times at intervals, trophy shootingscores to count, starting from OctobM 17tb, 1895. . Also that Mr A. Henderson's medal, and Mr Graham's box of tea i be giyeu as" B " class tvophies r the' winner to havo choice of prizes. It was decided that two prizes (first and second) be given- to the' members who make the highestaggregate scores during the twelve trophy shootinga made off the rifle, the remainder (six) to go to "A" class.
