Sir Patrick Buckley informed tho deputation that tlio Masterton meetings would certainly uot be interfered with. Tlio deputation subsequently saw Mr H. D. Bell, who intimated that tho prograinmo would be passed, if the Colonial Secretary definitely decided that Mastorton was to have i two meetings, Tho difficulty is therefore practically ended.
