Fairbrother, James Stevons, John Strang, A. L. Whyte. Richmond Ward—Joseph Applin, Ralph It. Armstrong, John Bassett, George Leach, W. Moore, ' T. W. Telford. Lincoln Ward-W. P. Allen, Adam Armstrong, W. Hercock, A. Hughan, John Udy. Tlio polling for election of three Councillors for each Ward, will take place on the 26th instant.
