Our local contemparary HABRITER snys the dismissal of castle, the man Castlois purely
a matter between himself and tho Department, ami that the reason for it should not be divulged. After two members of tho House assigning publicly a mistaken reason for bis dismissal, and inferentially throwing mud on Inspector Miller, the true reason ought, in jusjticc to all concerned, to ho made public. If (his were done, M.H.R.'s would not bo quite so ready to take iip a man's cause-simply because ho is a working man—without due inquiry into bis claim for assistance. A wrong lias been done to Inspector Miller, and we trust the Minister of his Department will insist upon the truth being told, for this will bo bis only justification.
