Tho settlers have leased the factories and pay to tho Loan and Mercantile '■ V Agency Company, tij per cent, on the capital invested, and 2J per cent, depreciation on tho plant. A meeting is to bo held to-night to definitely arrange matters, Tlio supply of milk to Cook's factories is increasing vapidly, All the factories and creameries in tho * district, are now at work.
