GENERAL BOOTH'S VISIT TO WELLINGTON.
RAILWAY CONCESSIONS,

Tlio Minister of Railways has informed Mr Hogg, that on the occasion of General Booth's visit to Wellington, where twelve or more persons travel by rail together, they will bo allowod to ride first class on second class return tickets. If a similar number desire to rido soefno class, they will bo allowed to jfW-,1 tho return journey for but tho tickets will only bo available for tho day of issue
