Received August 20,1.5 a.m. Adeuidk, August 19, A Ministerial crisis is .threatened over the suspension of two hospital nurses. The troublo arose through Miss Gordon, sister of tho Hon. 11. Gordon, Chief Secretary, being appointed superintendent over them, They wero suspended for insubordination, but on enquiry practically acquitted, This led to stained relations between tho Hospital Board and the Government. A majority of the Ministry have pledged their support, and desire to see the nurses reinstated; but the Board strongly oppose this, and threaten to .resign if the Government persist in such course, which is almost cortain to bo followed by the resignation of at least Mr Gordon and Dr. Cockburn.
