Messrs Hornblow and Co., auctioneers and produce merchants, report their last week's prices as follows Our sale on Saturday drew together a large crowd of buyers. Mutton birds, of which we had a largo consignment, sold readily at Is 2d per pair. Poultry was in good demand and realised good prices. Our horse sale was well attended, there being lively bidding at times. Bananas are in good demand and bbld readily at 5s 3d per case. *£on and hams sell readily at our " prices. We had a large assortment of household goods and sundries, which realised really good prices, being in great demand. We havo bad many enquiries after land during tho past week. Eggs are getting more plentiful and sell readily at lOd doz; produce, oats 2s to 2s 3d, oaten sheaf, 3s per bag, straw Is 3d; potatoes, table, 6s to 7s per sack ; newtrap £lB, second-hand £7, saddles, 15s to 355,
