The House broke up (it 4 o'clock in consequence of a motion by Captuin Russell, Hint the Tnri If proposals are unsatisfactory. The Government decided to treat it as a no-conlidenco motion, and adjourned the debate till this evening. A meeting of Government supporters takes place in the interval.
The debate on the no-confidonce motion lasted till 9.15 p.m., when it was negatived, the financial debate being resumed.
