The outcome of the recent Butler conspiracy case, is that the'body oif a chemist named Copp, will Jj'oj exhumed. '
Copp difjd mysteriously in 1891, and Butler was in bis employ. I flost mortem examination' jviis ordered, but Butler, alleging that he was aptjng fpr % Copp, gqt'jt abandoned on thp ground that it would unduly harrow the widow's feelings. .
