THE LONDONDERRY MINE.
Loudon, August 9. The Directors of the Londonderry Mine, West Australia, report that the unsettled question relating to Casey's interest in the mine, prevents the completion of the trust. Col.A ortli, thcEarl of Fingall and Mr T. Hewitt Myring, directors of the company are prepared to execute the trust, unless the shareholders desire to litigate. The directors propose to comply with the demand of the Australian vendors for Ihc allotment of the balance of the vendors' shares, though advised that the ease is full of suspicion. The Earl of Fingall objects to the erection of Mchinery until the mine is further proved. Jlc regards the prospects of success as small, only £30,000 of working capital being available irrespective of Colonel North's trust, A meeting is called for the lGthinst.
