Rceciml Auywl 7, llu.m. Adelaide, August 7. In Committeo in tlio Legislative Assembly the New Zealand treaty is under discussion. An amendment was proposed to excise clause 3, which prevents the reduction of the existing duties on the articles,to any other country, The debate has been adjourned.
