The diyision of districts was as follows No. 1, the whole of Wairarapa from I'jkelalmna to Featherston | No. 2, from Kaitoke on ono side to the Paikakariki side; No, 3, from Bunuytborpe to Momobaki; No. 5, from Wavcrioy to New Ply, mouth; No. 6, Auckland district, tho president having power to open lodges in tho district; No. 7, Grisbornedistrict; N0.9, Nelson district; No. 10, liawkc's Bay district.
District Presidents were elected as follows No. 1, Bro. Caroy ; No, 2,Uro. White; No. 3, Bro. Gardoner; No. 6, Bro. Hamorton ; No, 6,8r0. Jennings; No. 7, Bro, Hubblo; No. 8, Bro. Thompson; Nos, 4,9 and JO, not appointed, The District Grand Secretary's report showed that the district, formed in Fobruary last, was composed of 11 lodges with an aggregate membership of 562, since which timo two new ones have beenopenod, making 13 lodges with an aggregate roll of 639, or an addition of 77 members in fivo months.
